Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do you accept cash/checks donations and where to donate?
A: We welcome and appreciate monetary donations year-round. Your donations can be mailed to: Santa’s Elves Foundation, PO Box 127, Fifield, WI 54524, or at Forward Bank through your CMMA or just make a donation.
Q: Do you accept toy donations only at Christmas time?
A: We will gladly accept your new toy donations year-round. Please contact Beata@santaselvesfoundation.org. Donations can be mailed to our PO box in Fifield.
Q: What toys do you need most?
A: Our most requested gifts are listed in the “Donate” page of this website. Please keep in mind we support boys and girls from newborn to age 17. We aim to fulfil each child’s wish list per the submitted application.
Q: What items do you need besides toys?
A: Beside toys and monetary donations, we appreciate donation of batteries, blankets, and winter waterproof gloves.
Q: Who to contact if I want to volunteer?
A: Santa’s Elves Foundation functions relies on it’s team of community volunteers. All interested individuals can sign up through our website on the Get Involved page or contact us at debra@santaselvesfoundation.org or santaselvesfoundation@gmail.com
Q: What do volunteers do?
A: Our volunteers can support a single event, such as a fundraiser, to being active in our efforts year-round. Our busiest time is October through mid-December as we collect and process hundreds of gifts for the families we support each year. This work can include managing gift trees at local businesses, gift wrapping, to gift organization. If interested, please contact us at www.santaselvesfoundation.org.
Q: As a local business owner, how can I help?
A: We rely on our community business to help us achieve our mission. There are many ways a business can help including: hosting a fundraiser, hosting a giving tree, sponsoring family(ies), or simply making a monetary donation. Q: Do you accept used toys or clothing?
A: Santa’s Elves Foundation provides new/unused items only. We encourage the community to donate their gently used clothing and toys to local resale shops.
Q: How does a family apply for help?
A: Residents of Price County and southern Ashland county to Glidden, with children age 0 to 17, can apply through Price County Health and Human Services, local food pantry or through your local school guidelines counselor. Applications are accepted from the Custodial Parent, Custodial Grandparent, Legal Guardian, or Foster Parent. Applicants must demonstrate financial hardship and can be submitted to: Santa’s Elves Foundation, PO Box 127, Fifield, WI 54524 or emailed to: Beata@santaselvesfoundation.org.
